On Monday, June 27 Forbes High School conducted an opening ceremony for their new language centre.
The centre is open to students and teaches French, Spanish and local indigenous language, Wiradjuri.
The national education stimulus plan, or ‘Building the Education Revolution’ was announced as a $16.2 billion project.
Deputy Principal Stacey Kelly said schools across the state were given grants and support, but not all schools received a language centre.
