Indigenous singer songwriter Shellie Morris teaches women and children to write songs in their own languages.In many of the most remote parts of Australia, tiny communities of Aboriginal people speak their own ancient language, which developed to contain the land and everything in it.
Shellie Morris travels to these communities, and in the process of teaching the women and children to write their own songs, she picks up more of the language herself.
When Shellie found out about her own family heritage, it meant everything to her to re-establish her connection to her own people in the territory.
