To the left is Dianne Appleby and Gina Albert from the Yawuru Language Centre, participating in a Master-Apprentice method of language teaching and learning workshop.
They were in Melbourne this week at the Puliima conference, which is all about sharing ideas that’ve worked, and using technology to assist in reviving Indigenous languages.
Dianne spoke about the conference with Vanessa Mills this week on the Mornings show.
She had some really interesting things to say about what’s being done in North America to try and revive languages there.
